Is the monthly cost worth it?

Why one tier?

Tiers are distractions. Appraisers need the same workflow whether they handle 15 files or 60. We charge what the platform is worth and put every feature in front of you.

Is there an onboarding fee?

Yes. A one-time onboarding fee covers your CSV imports, document templates built in Jaxson AI from your existing samples, branding configuration, integrations, and workflow automation. We are currently offering early-adopter pricing; we will quote yours during your demo. Most appraisers see the onboarding pay back within the first two weeks of admin time saved.

What integrations are included?

Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, CompanyCam, SignWell, and accounting webhooks for QuickBooks, Xero, and others via N8N. All included in your monthly subscription.

How is my data secured?

Row-Level Security on every table, mandatory multi-factor authentication for all users, encryption at rest, a 90-day audit log of every change, and private storage buckets for case documents. SOC 2 and HIPAA are on the roadmap.

What happens if a file is questioned months later?

Every status change, document version, email sent, and time entry stays attached to the case file. When a carrier or counsel asks what happened on a file from months back, the answer is in one place instead of buried across email threads, Word docs, and folders.

Do I have to migrate all my old files to start?

No. Most appraisers start with their active cases and new assignments on day one. Closed historical files can stay where they are. CSV imports are available if you want to bring older records in later, but you do not have to migrate everything to start getting value.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding runs on built-in tooling. CSV imports handle your cases, contacts, and rate sheets. Jaxson AI builds your document templates from samples you already use. Our team is on call for anything the tools don’t cover. Most appraisers are running on AwardLettr within a week.

Does the AI write final opinions for me?

No. AI Polish refines the language; Jaxson drafts and answers questions. Your judgment and your signature stay on the final document. We keep the human in charge.

Can I use my own templates and branding?

Yes. Your business name, logo, signature, and document templates render on every generated document. We never put AwardLettr branding on your work.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. Full data export from Account Settings. CSV for tabular data, PDFs for generated documents, and the underlying file blobs. No lock-in.
